Responsibilities:
Overseeing the daily operations of the children's residential home
Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations
Leading and managing the staff team
Developing and implementing therapeutic care plans
Conducting regular staff training and reflection sessions
Setting up policies and procedures
Implementing plans for all children

Minimum Requirements:
Level 5 qualification
2 years of experience working in a residential setting
1 year of management experience
