The business has grown consistently and continues to win awards for both their work and their culture. They’re now looking for an Associate Director to join the team, leading high-profile projects and playing a key role in shaping client strategy.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead complex, strategic ad hoc projects (with a focus on retail and FMCG) as well as tracking work.
* Bring expertise in quantitative methods – data analysis, visualisation and advanced techniques such as max diff, conjoint and KDAs.
* Translate data into compelling, story-led insights that influence and activate client strategy.
* Grow accounts, build trusted client relationships and confidently lead proposals and pitches.
* Mentor, coach and inspire junior researchers as part of a close-knit team.
* Juggle multiple priorities with strong project management, while delivering at pace and to the highest quality.
