Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Location: West London
Salary: Up to £43,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

As the Mechanical Engineer, you'll be working within a small team of skilled engineers to provide planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of mechanical building services systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems including pumps, motors, pipework, heating systems, and AHUs
* Monitor and maintain BMS and HVAC plant to ensure smooth operation
* Respond promptly to mechanical faults and ensure timely resolution
* Assist with the supervision of contractors on-site as required
* Maintain accurate records of work carried out and ensure compliance with site health & safety procedures
* Participate in site inspections, audits, and reporting where required
Requirements
* NVQ Level 2 / 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
* Strong experience in building services maintenance within a commercial or critical environment
* Good knowledge of HVAC plant, water systems, and associated mechanical systems
* Excellent fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Right to work in the UK
