The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
1. Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher
2. Deliver lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning
3. Support student behaviour management and engagement
4. Maintain a safe and positive classroom environment
5. Provide clear feedback to teaching staff on pupil participation and progress

The successful Cover Supervisor will:
6. Have experience working in a school or classroom environment
7. Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and communication skills
