Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a caring and resilient ALN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) in schools across Flint. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and helping them reach their potential. The Role: Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ALN, including autism, ADHD, speech & language needs, and behavioural challenges. Assist teachers in adapting lessons and resources to meet individual learning needs. Build strong relationships with pupils, offering encouragement and emotional support. Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment. Support with behaviour management and pastoral care where required. Requirements: Experience working with children or young people with additional needs (education, care, or youth work settings). Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude.
