Supervising front-of-house operations during service Supporting restaurant management with daily operations and team leadership Ensuring smooth, efficient service and exceptional guest experience Training, coaching, and motivating team members Managing guest feedback and resolving service issues professionally Supporting reservations coordination and floor planning Assisting with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and service preparation Helping build a positive, engaged team culture What Do You Need? Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or strong Senior Waiter/Waitress Excellent communication and leadership skills Confidence managing busy services in a quality-led environment Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Passion for hospitality and developing others Why join White Rabbit Projects?
