Paradigm Housing Group is one of the Southeast's leading housing providers, managing over 16,000 homes across 30 local authorities with an annual turnover of c£122m (April 2022-March Headquartered near High Wycombe and Beaconsfield, we are both a charity and a registered provider of social housing, employing over 600 people.
In 2022, we retained the highest possible rating (G1/V1) for Governance and Financial Viability by the Regulator of Social Housing, following our recent In-Depth Assessment, and Standard & Poor's has confirmed our long-term credit issuer rating as A+ with a stable outlook. The development of our Sustainability Financing Framework enabled us to issue a second £250m sustainability bond. We are in a strong position to continue our focus on providing excellent customer services and building more homes for people who need them.
Our objective is that Paradigm should be an exemplar organisation in our sector, and we have ambitious plans for growth. Our 5-year Corporate Plan has set out a clear vision for the organisation, including support for our most vulnerable customers, as well as investment to reduce the carbon emissions of our homes to net zero by 2050 and address fuel poverty. To help us achieve these objectives, we are also embarking on a significant transformation programme and investing in new core IT and digital solutions.
We are looking for two new Board Members who will bring senior level experience and understanding of the social housing sector and who will contribute to broader Board decisions. We are also seeking skills in Commercial Development, Investment and Strategic Asset Management.
Our organisation, and the sector as a whole, is facing challenges such as increased costs as well as commitments to the environment. The expectations of housing associations, as expressed by new consumer regulation, have considerably increased. We are well placed to meet these challenges with a solid grip on efficiency, risk, development and operational delivery. Our new Board members will be joining a strong business and will lead us through our next period of growth as we continue to provide excellent services to customers and build high quality, affordable new homes for those in housing need.
