Day-to-day of the role: Act as the first responder to equipment breakdowns, diagnosing faults and recording details in the CMMS. Collaborate with shift crews and day teams to resolve issues, ensuring smooth handover of unresolved breakdowns across shifts. Execute assigned routines such as motor checks, HMI programming, and maintenance of panel cooling units. Respond to electrical/control system faults and carry out effective repairs. Log all activities and labour time in the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. Set up machines to maximise output while maintaining safety systems. Prepare detailed shift reports with technical recommendations. Attend shift handovers and highlight training needs.
