Location: Rugby (modern, office-based role) Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum uncapped commission Contract Type: Permanent, full-time Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 17:00, with flexibility required for shift patterns, on-call duties, and occasional extended hours as business needs dictate Key Responsibilities Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine suitability for industrial positions Consult with clients to accurately assess hiring requirements and deliver customised recruitment solutions Build numbers with your clients by proactively expanding account activity, identifying additional opportunities, increasing placement volumes, and driving revenue growth within existing relationships Cultivate and strengthen long-term partnerships with established clients and candidates Conduct regular client site visits to enhance engagement, understand operational needs, uncover further business potential, and perform check-ins with placed staff Check in with placed agency workers on client sites to monitor performance, attendance, welfare, and satisfaction; address any immediate concerns; and support retention and positive assignment outcomes Negotiate pay rates, contract terms, and commercial arrangements between clients and candidates/agency workers Manage the full placement process, including preparing candidates for interviews, coordinating selection events, handling offers, and facilitating onboarding where required Maintain exceptional service standards to achieve high levels of client satisfaction and positive candidate experiences Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation, including right-to-work checks, Agency Workers Regulations, and other employment standards Meet and surpass monthly and quarterly KPIs, revenue targets, and individual performance objectives Ensure accurate maintenance of internal records, candidate, and client databases Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports Monitor candidate sickness, absences, and related compliance issues Process agency worker timesheets promptly and accurately Update and optimise job postings across relevant job boards and social media platforms on a regular basis Provide clients with market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment advice to support informed decision-making Participate in on-call arrangements and perform any additional duties commensurate with the role About You About You We seek candidates with demonstrable recruitment experience, preferably in the industrial sector.
