One of London's leadingproperty companiesis currently looking to recruit a Senior Facilities Manager for a flagship buildingbased in the City of London.
As a company, they manage a number of highly recognisablebuildings across the cityof London and are considered one of the best in their fieldto work for.
The role will be working as part of their propertyteam and will be responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of hard and soft services including M&E maintenance, cleaning, security, reception, and administration.
The Senior Facilities Manager will be reporting into the General Manager to assist in ensuring high-quality, customer-focused services across the entire building.
The main responsibilitiesof the role are as follows:
1. Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service aligned with lease obligations and occupierexpectations.
2. Lead, motivate and manage onsite staff to achieve exceptional service delivery.
3. Foster positive relationships with occupiers through regular engagement.
