Job Duties – Business Development Manager (Car Showroom)
* Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation:
* Identify and develop new customer segments and markets.
* Generate leads through digital channels, events, and partnerships.
* Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
* Sales Growth & Revenue Development:
* Develop strategies to increase showroom traffic and sales.
* Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
* Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
* Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain relationships with individual and corporate customers.
* Liaise with dealerships, fleet managers, finance companies, and insurers.
* Handle VIP or bulk sales clients with a personalized approach.
* Marketing & Promotions:
* Collaborate with the marketing team to plan local promotions, offers, and events.
* Analyze market trends and suggest marketing activities accordingly.
* Reporting & Analysis:
* Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance and sales reports.
* Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Team Coordination:
* Train and motivate the sales and front office staff.
* Conduct sales meetings and performance reviews.

3. Experience Required

* Familiarity with auto finance, leasing, and insurance processes is beneficial.
4. Educational Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree Or Master's Degree in:
* Business Administration
* Marketing
* Automotive Management
* Sales or a related field
* Preferred Certifications (not mandatory but beneficial):
* Certificate/Diploma in Automotive Sales
* Digital Marketing Certification
* CRM Software Training (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Optional but Beneficial Additions
* Valid driver's license
* Knowledge of local car market trends
* Multilingual skills (if working in a multicultural region)

Pay: £38,900.00-£45,500.00 per year
