About the role
Due to our rapid success since inception in 2024, our Actuarial, Broking and Underwriting practice is seeking a Delivery Consultant to play an integral part in our service.
Reporting into the Managing Partner, you will support retained and exclusive search projects with some of the insurance market’s most exciting and leading organisations. We pride ourselves on providing a premium service to the insurance market and this role is one which crucially underpins our offering.
Key responsibilities
* Candidate Sourcing: Use LinkedIn, CRM, and referrals to build high quality longlists of Actuarial, Broking and Underwriting talent
* Screening & Qualification: Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess technical fit, motivates, and cultural alignment
* Process Management: Coordinate interview processes, manage candidate communications, and ensure smooth candidate journeys from engagement through to offer
* Market Mapping: Support talent mapping projects for key clients and contribute to the development of talent pipelines across specialist disciplines
* Client Briefing Support: Attend kick-off calls with consultants, take structured notes, and contribute to pitch, briefing, longlist and shortlist packs as well as on-going communication with clients
* Database Management: Keep CRM records up to date with all candidate interactions, feedback and outcomes
* Delivery Reporting: Provide weekly updates on active assignments, candidate status, and pipeline progress to the wider team
* Insight Contribution: Share market intel on candidate trends, market moves, and hiring activity
You’ll thrive in this role if you are
* A confident communicator with previous experience in a delivery, researcher or resourcing role (ideally within insurance)
* Exceptionally organised with strong time management and attention to detail
* Curious and commercially aware – you enjoy understanding different roles, career paths and market dynamics as well as a genuine passion for the insurance market
* Able to work to deadlines and management multiple assignments at once
* Tech-savvy and familiar with recruitment CRMs, LinkedIn Recruiter as well as AI tools
