The Governors are looking to appoint a School Business Manager.
Salary range and grade: Grade H scp 27-31 - 35 hours per week TT+10 days.
Actual Salary: £31,756 to £34,706.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, hard working, dedicated Business Manager to join our happy and successful primary school.

We need someone who:
* Has proven experience of managing budgets.
* Can help maintain the premises and related Health and Safety procedures.
* Has the ability to manage a wide range of stakeholder relationships.
* Has experience of managing a team.
* Will be able to exercise discretion and confidentiality.
* Is forward thinking, proactive and approachable.
* Has a strong work ethic and sense of humour.
School experience is not essential; we are looking for somebody with a proven ability to multi-task and respond to a dynamic environment.

Key areas of responsibility will be:
* Finance: securing financial sustainability in the medium to longer term. We are a cheque book school who manage our own spending plan and budget.
* Administration: ensuring delivery of core reporting with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Personnel: managing and leading the current team.
* Premises: supporting and line managing the current Site Manager in maintaining and enhancing our current facilities and health and safety requirements and regulations.
* Grant Applications & Procurement: applying for and managing external bids, contracts etc.
