Your responsibilities include leading and nurturing the process team, ensuring timely setup, addressing production challenges, and driving improvements for cost efficiency. You'll also coordinate trials and validations to optimise material and packaging concepts, while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders like IGC, Iceland, Slimming World, and others. Your role extends to providing comprehensive support for factory launches, guaranteeing operational readiness and quality standards adherence.
