Youre truly customer focussed and ready to deliver a broad range of services to our customers across the East Midlands, due to the nature of this role we have a number of locations in the Amber Valley area which could serve as your base location.
Using your practical knowledge and problem-solving youll be providing a customer-focussed approach while supporting the work of the Safeguarding and Domestic Abuse Coordinators and Homechoices team, whilst collaborating with external partners to enhance and support the wider community needs.
Far from being bound to your desk, youll be given the technology to work effectively in the community.
This role will give you the perfect platform to showcase your housing background and the skills youve gained in a range of tenancy matters from sign-ups, tenancy breaches, safeguarding, domestic abuse issues and attending court.
