Bell Cornwall Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a HR assistant at a large, national law firm in Birmingham city centre. This is a brilliant opportunity for HR assistants to progress in their careers.
The Role of a HR assistant will include: (but is not limited to)
1. You will be responsible for providing administrative support throughout the whole employee lifecycle
2. Uploading new employers to the HR system and compiling new starter paperwork
3. Responding to HR queries to staff across the business
4. Understanding HR policies and procedures
A great candidate:
5. Strong team player who is highly organised
6. Previous HR experience
7. Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
8. Excellent communication skills
9. CIPD level 3 desired not essential
