Reed Talent Solutions is seeking a commercially minded Recruitment Coordinator to deliver high‑quality recruitment across key Managed Service accounts.
Location: Warrington.
Working Model: Hybrid – 3 days on client site, 2 days working from home.
Pay Range: £32k basic salary (dependent on experience) + bonus.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage high‑volume recruitment campaigns and ensure delivery against targets.
* Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
* Coordinate internal teams and suppliers to deliver efficient hiring solutions.
* Provide market insight and manage expectations with stakeholders.
* Lead service reviews and report on performance metrics.
About You
* Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills.
* Confident communicator, able to influence and challenge where needed.
* Experience in fast‑paced or high‑volume recruitment.
* Commercially aware and solutions‑focused.
* Thrives in a client‑facing, fast‑paced environment and enjoys problem‑solving.
