Your Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:
* Handle a broad range of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
* Work closely with in-house teams for onboarding, post-completion and business support
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other property professionals
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
* Ideally at least three years’ experience in residential conveyancing
* Strong knowledge of property transactions, title reviews and leasehold matters
* Candidates based in Plymouth or with strong local connections are preferred
* Any experience in agricultural or investment property transactions is a plus
