We have an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated Customer Service team based within our Head Office at Nottingham.
Working closely within the Aftersales Department, your duties will include:
* First Time Resolution problem solving for our customers via telephone and email
* Monitoring and responding to queries on social media platforms
* Creation of job cards for warranty claims and returns
* Arranging the return of products for Service or repair
* Liaising with colleagues on a regular basis
* Maintaining accurate and concise records
* General office duties
About you:
* As well as excellent attention to detail you will have a friendly helpful attitude and confident telephone manner as you will play a vital role in communicating with our customers and our Service Department.
* The ability to create accurate documents
* Knowledge and ability using Microsoft Excel and Word documents
* Able to deal with challenging situations.
* Can use discretion to make decisions
* Experience in a similar role is preferred, however you will be trained on all aspects of our internal in-house systems.
