Teaching Personnel are working with a specialist provision in Horsham that supports boys with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. We are seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants who can build strong relationships and provide consistent, positive support.
This is a highly rewarding role where every small breakthrough is a big achievement.
Your role will include:
* Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis
* Helping manage behaviour in a calm, proactive way
* Encouraging emotional regulation and confidence-building
* Assisting with engaging, practical learning activities
We’re looking for individuals who:
* Are calm, resilient, and confident in challenging situations
* Have experience in care, youth work, coaching, or similar (desirable)
* Can build trust and rapport with students who may have faced barriers in education
* Are passionate about making a difference every day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
