We're targeting £225M ARR within 5 years with a clear path to a £3-8B exit, serving investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and fintech companies across The City, Canary Wharf, and beyond.
? What You'll Build
Core AI Platform
Advanced LLM Integration: Deploy and fine-tune GPT-4/Claude models with financial domain expertise
Real-time Market Intelligence: Process millions of data points per second from LSE, Bloomberg, and alternative data sources
Autonomous AI Agents: Build intelligent agents for trading, compliance, research, and risk management
Predictive Analytics: Develop ML models for earnings prediction, M&A identification, and market regime detection
Technical Infrastructure
Cloud-Native Architecture: Multi-region deployment (London/Dublin/Frankfurt) with auto-scaling
Real-time Data Pipeline: Apache Kafka/Flink for sub-second market data processing
Enterprise Integrations: Bloomberg Terminal, Refinitiv, prime brokerage APIs, and regulatory systems
Advanced Security: Zero-trust architecture, FCA compliance, and financial-grade security protocols
? Technical Stack You'll Lead
AI/ML: TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLflow, NVIDIA Triton, custom financial LLMs

Technical Leadership
Define and execute the overall technology strategy and architecture
Build and lead a world-class engineering team of 20+ developers
Drive technical due diligence for Series A and beyond
Establish engineering culture, processes, and best practices
Lead AI research and development initiatives
Architect scalable solutions for enterprise financial institutions
Drive integration partnerships with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and other data providers
Ensure 99.9% uptime SLA for mission-critical financial applications
Business Impact
Collaborate on go-to-market strategy and customer technical requirements
Support enterprise sales with technical expertise and demos
Drive product-market fit through rapid iteration and customer feedback
Scale platform to handle £100M+ ARR growth trajectory
? Who You Are
Driven, Optimistic and we don't discriminate on age and experience
Proven track record building and scaling B2B SaaS platforms to $50M+ ARR
Financial services experience - trading systems, risk management, or regulatory compliance
AI/ML expertise - LLMs, real-time ML systems, or quantitative finance applications
Technical Expertise
Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture
Experience with real-time data processing and high-frequency trading systems
Strong background in machine learning, preferably in financial applications
Familiarity with financial APIs (Bloomberg, Refinitiv) and regulatory requirements
Leadership Skills
Experience building engineering teams from 5 to 50+ developers
Track record of successful fundraising and investor relations
Strong product intuition and customer-centric mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Previous co-founder or C-level experience at a successful fintech/AI startup
PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Quantitative Finance
Experience with UK financial regulations (FCA, MiFID II, GDPR)
Background at tier-1 investment banks, hedge funds, or financial data providers
