SELF-SHOOTING ASSISTANT PRODUCER – EA Studios

EA Studios is looking for an experienced and highly motivated self-shooting assistant producer to work on content creation for the EA Sports app.
The role requires an innovative thinker who can help produce content that bridges the worlds of football and EA FC26.
Must be able to self-shoot to an excellent standard, including lighting setups and sound. Must be able to edit on Adobe Premier Pro.
A passion for and knowledge of football essential
A knowledge of Esports advantageous.

Key responsibilities
* End-to-end production of video content, including: conceptualizing content ideas, planning and executing shoots, scriptwriting and edit preparation
* Briefing graphics operators to develop creative visual concepts
* Self-shooting with Sony cameras (FX3) or similar
* Self-editing using Adobe Premiere or similar.
* Production of various content strands for the app, including Vodcasts - produced in our in house vodcast studio
* Original content concepts, requiring bespoke filming, with a focus on stories from the worlds of football and FC26
* Features based on use of archive, EA FC gameplay and graphics treatments
* Work collaboratively as part of a team of Content Creatives to identify the content EA Sports are uniquely positioned to tell.
* Keep up to date with the football stories that matter – suggesting new and innovative ways for them to be covered in the EA Sports app
* Elevate the visual style and tone of all content to resonate with key app demographics, creating deliverables that stay ahead of online trends and sports stories
* Developing creative and engaging ways to represent the FC26 universe in the app
* Working with external Content Creators / Influencers to build authenticity in our content
* Planning and executing shoots in the UK and beyond

Key skills
* A creative thinker who speaks the language of sports and social media fluently.
* A football fanatic who can craft fresh, impactful ways of telling daily football stories
* A proven track record of taking content ideas from inception, through to delivery.
* Deep understanding of digital storytelling across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, X and Facebook.
* A passion for sports that fuels engaging, dynamic clips, inspired by social media.
* Proficiency operating a video camera (Sony FX3 or similar),
* Proficiency operating editing software (Adobe Premier or similar)
Location:
The base for this position will Kew, London.
Working Day:
5 day week, x4 days in office and x1 day WFH
This role will require a degree of flexibility and weekend working.
You will be expected to work with the team to plan a schedule based on production requirement.
Lieu days will be given for any days worked over a five-day week.
Start:
ASAP until end of March 2026.
Salary:
Based on experience.
