Senior Consultant | Semiconductor, Automotive Tech, Embedded Systems, Software Engineering, C-Suite
We are seeking a high-performing Sales and Operations Manager to join a rapidly growing global automotive OEM. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through strategic dealer partnerships, optimizing regional sales performance, and executing OEM field operations.
The ideal candidate will currently be in a field-based sales role with a leading automotive OEM (e.g., Stellantis, Toyota, VW Group, etc.), working directly with dealerships to enhance performance. You must bring proven experience in dealership engagement, sales execution, and OEM operating standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Dealer Network Expansion: Identify, onboard, and develop high-performing dealerships to grow market presence.
* Field Sales Leadership: Execute regional sales strategies to exceed volume, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.
* Account Management: Cultivate strong relationships with dealer leadership (GMs, Sales Managers, Fixed Ops) to drive alignment with OEM objectives.
* Performance Optimization: Analyze dealer KPIs, market dynamics, and competitive data to identify and resolve sales gaps.
* Sales Enablement & Compliance: Train dealer staff on OEM programs, sales process excellence, product knowledge, and operational compliance.
* Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver clear and actionable reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and regional insights.
Candidate Requirements
* Automotive Background: Minimum 5 years of experience with an established automotive OEM in a field-based role.
* Current Field Role: Must be currently engaged in an active sales field position working directly with dealership networks.
* OEM Experience: Deep familiarity with OEM sales strategies, dealer performance management, and go-to-market execution.
* Dealership Acumen: Strong knowledge of dealership operations across sales, service, and parts functions.
* Adaptability & Drive: Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving automotive environment.
* Travel Readiness: Comfortable with 50–70% travel to dealerships and OEM hubs within assigned region.
* Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and digital collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with electric vehicles (EV) or new-energy vehicle platforms.
* Automotive sales certifications (e.g., OEM-specific or NADA).
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Automotive Management preferred; equivalent experience considered.
