We are looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, service-oriented, and enjoys working in a fun environment. The candidate will support the team, act as the go-to person in the absence of the Store Manager, and be a role model demonstrating a positive attitude and product knowledge. Responsibilities include assisting with administrative, operational duties, and store security.
Key Responsibilities
* Support store management in opening/closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean store.
* Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
* Create memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
* Achieve sales goals, support local marketing, and drive store success.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and inventory management.
* Manage stock and visual merchandising to meet store KPIs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Proven retail sales success.
* Experience in customer-facing roles; supervisory experience is a plus.
* Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Passion for our brands and lifestyles.
