About the Role: The successful candidate will work three days per week supporting teaching and learning across our mixed-age class groups. You will also be required to deliver PPA cover, so confidence in leading whole-class teaching is essential. Essential Requirements: Extensive experience of supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Confident delivering whole-class teaching and learning Experience planning and delivering lessons as part of PPA cover Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach Desirable: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – this role may particularly suit a qualified teacher looking for a step back from a full classroom teaching commitment We are looking for someone who is passionate, adaptable and committed to helping every child achieve their potential.
