Join us as an AVP User Experience Designer to plan and implement the design elements of learning design materials. You will design and implement programmes and initiatives that support the growth and development of the bank’s employees and leaders.
As an AVP, you will be responsible for the discovery, design, development, and measurement of learning solutions/programmes that support the HR business agenda in line with Barclays' quality standards, including Brand and Accessibility.
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to analyse the current and future development needs of the organisation.
Design and deliver digital-based training content, programmes, and related User Experience journeys.
The ideal candidate must have:
* Extensive User Experience Design and/or Product Design experience
* Experience with user research and data analysis
* Stakeholder management and business knowledge
Desirable/Nice to have:
* Knowledge of the full Learning cycle from needs analysis to evaluation
* Understanding of learning frameworks, approaches, interventions, and strong project management skills
* Experience with Learning Lab or other digital learning tools

* Collaborating with HR and managers to analyze development needs
* Designing and delivering classroom and digital training content and user experiences
* Managing onboarding programmes and materials
* Analyzing data to measure programme success
* Developing coaching, mentoring, and train-the-trainer programmes
* Implementing talent pipelining and succession management processes
