Location: Near Chipping Norton / Stow-on-the-Wold / Moreton-in-Marsh
Salary: £32,000–£34,000 + exceptional tronc (£8,000–£10,000 typical)
Contract: Full-time | Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Chef de Partie to join the opening team of a newly restored Cotswold country pub. The venue is reopening under the ownership of a successful, well-established hospitality group behind several acclaimed gastropubs — known for fresh, seasonal cooking and warm, contemporary hospitality.
The incoming Head Chef brings experience from one of the region’s most respected award-winning pubs, making this a fantastic environment for a CDP looking to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-standard kitchen from day one.

The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will:
* Run your section confidently and consistently in a fresh-food kitchen
* Prepare high-quality dishes using seasonal, British-led produce
* Assist with menu development and prep for an exciting new opening
* Work collaboratively with a small, focused brigade
* Maintain excellent organisation, cleanliness, and attention to detail
* Contribute to a positive culture where learning is encouraged

* Previous experience at CDP level within fresh-food, rosette-style, or ambitious gastropub kitchens
* Strong technical foundations and a genuine passion for good food
* Good communication, organisation, and reliability
* A desire to grow with a respected operator and be part of a new opening
* Positive attitude, commitment to standards, and pride in your work
