Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation in Tadworth as a HR Business Partner. This role would suit someone with HR experience, specifically managing disciplinary/grievance and complex employee relation matters and casework management. Our client offers hybrid working.Please note you must have UK based experience
Duties:
* Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives
* Managing complex employee relations casework, dismissals and employment tribunals
* Lead and support change management initiatives across the business
* Advising managers on best practice and current UK employment law
* Maintain HR database and filing systems ensuring information is up to date and accurate
* HR Administration duties such as processing payroll and visas
Experience:
1. HR Experience - particularly dealing with employee relations
2. CIPD qualified; or qualified by experience
3. Working knowledge of employment law and good practice
4. Data-driven mindset confident using insights & metrics for strategic decisions and meaningful change
