Our client is looking for a Fleet Hire Desk Assistant in the DH7 Region.
Job Summary:
A Fleet Hire Desk Assistant supports the daily operations of a vehicle hire or fleet management department. The role involves coordinating vehicle bookings, assisting customers with hire enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring vehicles are allocated efficiently. This position requires strong communication skills, good organisation, and the ability to manage multiple requests while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
-To assist the Fleet Hire Desk and Contract Supervisor and the Fleet Business Manager in the day to day hiring operation. Ensuring that the hire contracts managed by Fleet Services are provided to the requirements of the customer and contract compliance is maintained.
-Coordinate vehicle allocation and scheduling to ensure efficient fleet utilisation.
-Handle customer enquiries regarding vehicle availability, pricing, and hire terms via phone, email, or in person.
