Quality Technician
CK Group are recruiting for a Quality Technician to join an animal health company on a contract basis for 11 months. This role is site based in Newport, Wales.
Salary:
From £12.21 ph to £16.77 ph depending upon experience
Quality Technician Role:
1. Support laboratory operations, specimen processing, and quality assurance
2. Analysis of test specimens
3. Safely lift and transfer laboratory samples and equipment
4. Log and scan samples into proprietary applications/databases
5. Receive and catalogue supplies, including reagents and chemicals
Your Background:
6. Hold a degree in Life Science or a relevant field, or have equivalent working experience
7. Strong pipetting skills and experience.
8. Knowledge of ISO 17025 standards
9. Experience and comfort level working with chemicals in a lab setting.
10. Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
11. Strong attention to detail.
