An excellent opportunity has arisen for a senior conveyancing professional to join a well established and fast growing specialist conveyancing firm led by two highly respected directors with an exceptional track record in the sector, including building and scaling a successful national conveyancing business.

As part of its continued growth, the firm is seeking to appoint a Senior Conveyancer on a fully remote basis. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced individual looking for greater autonomy, progression and the chance to contribute to a high performing and ambitious business.
About the role
Due to ongoing expansion, the firm is looking for a Senior Conveyancer with substantial experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload. The role will focus primarily on freehold sales and purchases, while also offering exposure to more complex matters and the opportunity to support and guide less experienced members of the team where appropriate.
Although the firm is headquartered in Yorkshire, the role is open to candidates nationwide, with both remote and hybrid working options available.
What you will need
A minimum of six years’ post qualification experience in residential conveyancing
Proven experience managing a full and often complex conveyancing caseload
Strong technical expertise in freehold sale and purchase transactions
Experience in leasehold and new build matters would be beneficial
The confidence to work autonomously and make informed decisions
Excellent organisational and file management skills
A professional and client focused communication style
A proactive approach and the ability to support wider team objectives
