Requirements
Required Skills Deep understanding of electrochemistry, battery materials, and energy storage systems Hands-on experience with lithium-ion, solid-state, or lithium-sulfur battery technology Familiarity with battery management systems (BMS) and safety protocols Strong analytical skills in battery performance, cycle life, and failure modes Proficiency in lab instrumentation, test automation, and data interpretation tools 9. Desired Skills Experience with simulation tools (COMSOL, ANSYS, MATLAB, Python) PhD in materials science, electrochemistry, chemical engineering, or related field Knowledge of energy markets, EV battery trends, and grid-scale storage Experience in scale-up, manufacturing process development, or industrial R&D partnerships Published research or filed patents in relevant areas
