Provide additional support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Ensure that all students are focused and participate in classroom sessions and discussions. Encourage students to achieve learning goals and motivate them to exceed targets. Listening and reading to students in small groups. Following student’s Education Health and Care plan to ensure that the child’s needs are met.
