Key Responsibilities:
Handling financial transactions and customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency
Providing outstanding client service via phone, email
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal processes
Managing data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks related to banking operations
Supporting wider team functions and contributing to continuous improvement initiativesThe Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a banking, finance, or customer service environment
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment
