Global Medical Affairs Manager – Customer Education (d/f/m)

We are seeking a dedicated Global Medical Affairs Manager to join our team full-time at the earliest opportunity.
Your Role
1. Strategy & Content Prioritization: Focus on healthcare professionals and organizations for effective therapy and product adoption. Align medical education with business strategy and growth.
2. Content Development & Validation: Create and validate educational materials with stakeholders, ensuring clinical and scientific accuracy.
3. Content Deployment & Delivery: Deliver training in various formats such as webinars, in-person sessions, e-learning, and workshops.
4. Content Effectiveness Assessment: Analyze engagement metrics and knowledge retention, collect feedback to refine content, and ensure alignment with clinical and business goals.
5. KOLs Management: Identify, engage, and coordinate KOLs for training development, validation, and delivery.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with global marketing teams and the Global Customer Education team to ensure cohesive and effective education efforts.

1. Educational Background: University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a comparable field. Nurses with extensive practical experience are also considered.
2. Scientific Acumen: Ability to read, comprehend, and abstract scientific publications; strong presentation and public speaking skills.
3. Leadership Experience: Proven ability to build and lead teams effectively.
4. Presentation Skills: Experience in delivering talks and presentations to physicians.
5. Literature Management: Proficiency in Endnote or similar software.
6. Communication & Professionalism: Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
