No problem! All you need is compassion The Role: Care Assistant care staff visit clients and provide support in their own homes. They help with personal care tasks, meal preparation, medication requirements, and much more! What we do differently: We offer contracts to our care staff. For this role, you DO NOT need to have a driving licence but will need to be available for a minimum of 4 block hours with a single client. Benefits: Competitive pay with a base rate of £14.50 per hour call on weekdays, with enhancements for unsociable hours. DBS check covered (subject to T&C's). £250 referral bonus for each friend you refer, who joins our team (subject to T&C's). Two full days of induction training to achieve Care Certificate Level, provided by our qualified trainers.
