Are you a proactive, organised, and confident communicator looking to join a friendly and fast-paced team? My client based in Wynyard, Billingham is currently looking for an Administrator to support their team.
Responsibilities:
1. Confirming learner bookings in line with internal KPIs
2. Calling managers to verify learner attendance
3. Managing updates for early or non-arrivals in our system
4. Liaising with hotels and venues regarding apprentice requirements
5. Reviewing self-managed venues and providing feedback to account managers
6. Supporting feedback collection and issue resolution
7. Providing training to hotels and clients on our booking platform (HG One Stop)
8. Managing the Apprentice inbox, responding to queries efficiently
9. Supporting the RFQ process and helping chase venue responses
10. Contributing to the success of the wider Apprentice team
Requirements:
11. Previous admin or office-based experience
12. Strong communication and customer service skills
13. Confident telephone manner
14. Great time management and attention to detail
15. The ability to work independently and use initiative
16. Comfortable working across multiple systems including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM software
