As Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support staff and ensure our services run smoothly, creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
Working closely with our Director, you will also help develop the organisation, build external relationships and respond to the needs of a busy, varied setting.
* Salary: £35,000 per year
* Hours: Monday to Friday, plus participation in a 1 in 4 emergency on‑call weekend rota
* Permanent contract
* Location: Emmaus Coventry & Warwickshire, The Old Vicarage, Brinklow Road, Binley, Coventry, CV3 2DT
* Holiday: 25 days plus Bank Holidays and your birthday off
