Job Description:
Business Development Manager – European Mid Sized Enterprise
End User - Nordics Region
Role Location: London
About the role:
As a Business Development Manager for EMSE, you will join Gartner’s fastest growing region, responsible for acquiring new End-User clients in the Nordic Territory. You will own a specific territory, targeting prospective clients with business revenue up to $1 Billion per year.
What you’ll do:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with new-to-Gartner End User organizations
2. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
3. Convert prospects into active Gartner clients, leading sales conversations and negotiations, then transition new clients to the account management team
4. Engage and sell directly to C-level executives (e.g., CIOs, CEOs, CFOs, COOs)
What you’ll need:
1. 2-5 years of sales experience with a successful track record, preferably in consultative, senior-level B2B sales or similar
2. Business fluency in a Nordic language
3. High commercial intellect, executive presence, and sales acumen
4. Strong drive for success combined with a collaborative approach
