M Pro Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Heavy Plant Fitter to join a well established plant hire and civils company based in Reading
The Role:
* Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on heavy plant machinery
* Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults
* Completing job sheets and service reports accurately
* Attending breakdowns on site when required
* Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety standards
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Heavy Plant Fitter
* Strong mechanical and fault-finding skills
* Knowledge of plant machinery such as excavators, dumpers, loaders, and rollers
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Whats on Offer:
* Competitive pay, depending on experience 45k to 55k per annum
* Full-time, permanent opportunity
* Overtime available
