The Role: Key Responsibilities: Oversee preparation of the monthly & quarterly management accounts,as well as the annual statutory accounts for all holding, trading companies and Limited Liability Partnerships Develop scalable financial processes, controls, and potential systems to ensure the Company can grow efficiently. Oversee all finance functions, and lead/develop the finance team. Group structure expansion: Build a tax effective Group structure, ensuring regulatory compliance at both local and Group levels. Manage stakeholder relationships and communication, including shareholder and investor briefings and Board meeting presentations. Treasury management: Ensure cashflow (incl. FX) is monitored, managed, and funding received is optimised. Due diligence for acquisition of any new real estate assets/trading companies Preparation of development models and involvement in the drafting of Facility Agreements, loan extensions and waivers for commercial, hotel and residential projects; Conduct business valuations for various purposes, such as fundraising, mergers, acquisitions, and tax planning. Qualifications: 10-15 years of experience in a senior management position within finance. Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Experience in M&A activities and capital raising is a plus.
