What You’ll Be Doing
Leading from the front, you’ll take ownership of a 360 temp desk while also contributing to the wider success of the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
💫Building and developing strong client relationships across schools and education settings
💫Driving new business and expanding key accounts through strategic engagement
💫Using innovative marketing tools to grow your desk and candidate network
💫Supporting, mentoring, and influencing less experienced consultants
💫Leading by example in candidate attraction, retention, and service delivery
💫Ensuring high standards of compliance and safeguarding
💫Contributing to team performance, culture, and ongoing growth strategy
