Are you a passionate primary teacher living in or near Sittingbourne and looking for a long-term teaching role starting in September 2025?
We’re working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Sittingbourne that are seeking a full-time KS1 or KS2 class teacher to join their team for the 2025–2026 academic year. The school is open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers—they’re simply looking for someone who is committed, reliable, and eager to make a lasting impact on children of all backgrounds and abilities.
About the Role:
Full-time class teacher role in KS1 or KS2, depending on your strengths and preferences
Full teaching responsibilities including planning, delivery, assessment, and pupil support
Supportive and collaborative environment with shared planning and regular team meetings
Strong, inclusive ethos with a focus on consistency and nurturing positive relationships
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (or be on track to achieve this by September)
Be open to teaching in Key Stage 1 or 2
Be a reliable and consistent presence in the classroom with a genuine passion for teaching
Show empathy and understanding of the needs of pupils from a range of backgrounds and abilities
Be proactive, reflective, and keen to grow professionally
Be available full-time from September 2025 through July 2026 (with potential for extension or a permanent role)
