Job Title: Sales & Marketing – Project Manager

Job Description
SRG is seeking a Sales & Marketing Project Manager for a multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation that produces primarily paper-based consumer products. The role involves supporting and driving key marketing projects across innovation pipelines, operational management, and driving world-class GTM excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects, from brief to delivery.
2. Develop and maintain project timelines and resource plans.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain, and customer service.
4. Track project performance and report on key milestones and KPIs.
5. Identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
6. Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing deliverables.
7. Coordinate initiatives with interdependencies, communicate effectively, and prioritize projects across brands.
Experience and Qualifications
1. Experience in FMCG marketing.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience, with at least 3 years in marketing or innovation, and a proven track record of project management.
3. Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills.
4. Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
5. Strong project management skills, including leadership and influencing cross-functional teams.
6. Proven ability to deliver business results and drive projects to completion.
7. Accountability and a drive to exceed expectations.
8. Ability to build trust with stakeholders.
9. Resilient, able to work under pressure with competing priorities.
10. Experience with IMF and cross-functional leadership.
