Marketing Campaign Manager
Location : Bourne / Hybrid
Hours : 35 hours per week (9am 4.30pm). This role requires off-site work during events with occasional overnight stays.
Salary : £30k - £35k

The role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual with at least 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally at a senior executive or manager level. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into a challenging yet rewarding role, owning and managing specific projects, contributing to strategy, and pioneering new marketing methods for market-leading events.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will deliver targeted campaigns that drive both customer acquisition and retention. The role has a strong focus on digital strategy while also incorporating traditional marketing, and requires both office-based work and active participation in on the ground event management.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver omnichannel marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
* Plan and execute digital campaigns, staying ahead of trends.
* Manage Meta ads, Google Ads campaigns, and other digital formats.
* Oversee our segmented email marketing strategy and innovate email campaigns.
* Develop and manage social media strategy, ensuring brand consistency.
* Collaborate with internal teams for maximum campaign exposure.
* Create content including videography, photography, and writing.
* Engage in live marketing content creation during events.
* Network within the outdoor leisure community for brand reach and collaboration.
* Analyse and report on marketing campaign performance.
* Provide hands-on support at events, covering various operational aspects.
Essential skills:
* Proficiency in Meta and Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
* Experience with large, segmented email databases.
* Strong writing skills for print and digital media.
* Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and respond to market changes.
* Problem-solving skills, especially during live events.
* Ambition, creativity, and target-driven mindset.
* Strong planning and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Desirable experience in videography and photography.
* Experience with influencer collaborations.
* Proficiency in prospecting partners, sponsors, and guest speakers.
