Working hours:
Monday - Friday varied shifts between 6am to 6pm and alternating Saturday shifts 7am - 12pm.
The Role of a Class 2 Delivery Driver
You will work as part of the delivery and collection service, demonstrating exceptional customer service in all aspects of the working day.
What does the Class 2 Delivery Driver involve?
* Providing outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to service and quality.
* Using Satalia to map out the most efficient routes for timely deliveries, logging deliveries and collections with a company smartphone.
* Driving the company vehicle responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws, the Highway Code, and keeping vehicle checks up to date.
* Assisting with loading and unloading your vehicle.
* Upholding our values with professionalism and supporting additional tasks that contribute to the success of the Central Hub.
What do you need to succeed as a Class 2 Delivery Driver?
* A Category C (Class 2) licence.
* A valid driver qualification card and digital tachograph card.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve complex customer inquiries.
* Knowledge of safe loading and transporting hazardous goods.
* Compliance with manual handling regulations.
