About The Role
Administration Assistant (Job share) at Ark Castledown Primary Academy. Ark Castledown Primary Academy is a popular school in Hastings. The school joined the Ark network in September 2017 and offers training and support to staff. This is a permanent administration role with a wide range of school office duties and support to the Head of School and School Leadership Team. The role involves working closely with the office team to assist all school stakeholders including parents and pupils.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
* experience of working in an administration environment, ideally in a school
* excellent organisational and time-management skills
* the ability to multitask, prioritise, work with minimal supervision and use initiative
* excellent verbal and written communication skills
* excellent teamwork skills and experience working as part of a team
* A positive, proactive “can do” attitude
* a secure, wide-ranging knowledge of ICT use

* Hours: 14.5 hours per week (2 days per week, term time only)
* Salary: £23,723.00 pro rata, £12.64 per hour (Actual Salary: £8,219.00 per annum)
