The Successful Applicant
The Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Associate should be:
7. A solicitor with 1+ years PQE in clinical negligence or equivalent experience.

9. Experienced in providing legal advice to healthcare clients.
10. Knowledgeable about relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
