Job Description
The Details
This role reports into the Senior Finance Analyst in the Customer Journey team within Financial Accounting (FA). The role involves managing the financial accounting of our Partner Fulfils entities, including monthly bank reconciliations, transfer pricing, and commission calculations. It requires liaising with Accounts Payable, Treasury, Payments, and Commercial Finance teams, as well as owning gift card accounting.

What You'll Be Doing
We seek passionate, proactive individuals who embrace change. Responsibilities include:
* Producing monthly bank reconciliations for Partner Fulfils accounts and collaborating on the group bank position.
* Maintaining the Gift Card & Voucher breakage model and supporting forecasting efforts.
* Monitoring risks and opportunities with the Commercial Finance team.
* Mentoring finance analysts within the team.
* Seeking continuous improvement through technology and automation.
* Understanding accounting implications of business initiatives from requirements to implementation.
Financial Control
* Producing month-end bank position and balance sheet reconciliations.
* Contributing to financial control packs for cash and gift cards.
* Updating accounting memos and policies for cash-impacting projects.
* Maintaining a robust financial control environment, assisting with audits.
* Producing annual financial statements for Partner Fulfils entities.
Qualifications
About You
* Partially through an accounting qualification (preferably CIMA or ACCA).
* Ability to plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
* Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Organized, proactive, and able to derive insights from data.
* Commercial awareness and good communication skills.
* Flexible and open to change.
