Eclectic Recruitment are working with a top Legal 200 firm with offices spread across Essex, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire who are looking to add to their team.
Applications will be considered by Solicitors and Legal Executives with a minimum of 1+ years PQE.
You will be working within the Dispute Resolution department focusing on the area of Insolvency law preferably in acting for both Insolvency Practitioners and Directors and acting for a mix of both Claimant and Defendants from instruction to conclusion of the dispute.
As an Insolvency Solicitor you will:
Handle and maintain your own caseload with guidance from Senior Lawyers with an emphasis on contentious insolvency
Solicitor - minimum of 1 years PQE within the area of Dispute Resolution and/or Insolvency
Delivers high quality legal services on own initiative
